About the role:

• Join a growing Corporate Energy & Natural Resources team working across high-value transactions and project development matters.
• Advise on complex cross-border M&A joint ventures and strategic investments across mining oil & gas and broader energy.
• Work closely with experienced partners on deals that sit at the center of Australias energy transition.
• Gain exposure to both transactional and regulatory aspects of major projects.

The ideal candidate:

• Associate/Senior Associate with 2 years PQE in energy and resources.
• Experience or strong interest in M&A joint ventures or project development work.
• Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• A collaborative approach to work in a high-performing close-knit team.
