Job Summary

Were looking for an Executive / Senior Executive Brand Strategist who plays an active role in turning client briefs into strong insight-driven campaign strategies. Youll be responsible for uncovering insights shaping strategic directions and translating them into clear compelling narratives across proposals and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is curious analytical and able to move beyond execution to contribute meaningful strategic perspectives.

What Youll Do

Research & Insights

  • Conduct and interpret research across brands competitors audiences and industry trends
  • Translate data and observations into clear actionable insights and strategic opportunities
  • Leverage social listening platform data and cultural trends to inform planning
  • Analyse campaign performance and extract key learnings
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement in strategies

Strategy Proposal & Presentation

  • Develop campaign strategies key messaging and creative directions based on briefs
  • Translate business objectives and insights into clear strategic frameworks and ideas
  • Contribute ideas and perspectives during brainstorming and planning sessions
  • Craft compelling pitch decks with strong storytelling and logical flow
  • Ensure clarity and consistency of messaging across strategy and proposal materials
  • Support internal and client presentations with opportunities to contribute to presenting strategic thinking

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Ops to ensure proposals reflect realistic timelines deliverables and costings.
  • Reaching out to cross-functional specialist teams (e.g. POKKT XHS affiliate livestream and etc) to integrate their plans into the cohesive strategy

Who You Are

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working in brand strategy social strategy influencer marketing or digital marketing
  • Familiar with tools like Meta TikTok insights Google Trends social listening tools and influencer trends
  • Have a strong critical thinking and storytelling skills able to connect insights to ideas
  • Good understanding of social media platforms content trends and digital ecosystem
  • Comfortable presenting ideas internally or to clients
  • Organised and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and adapting in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in agency environment is a plus
  • Eager to learn proactive and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Familiar with basic tools like Google Slides Sheets Excel or similar platforms.
  • Fluency in Chinese English & Bahasa both verbal and written (additional languages are a bonus).
