Customer Brand Intern

TheCustomerBrand Intern will support theCustomerBrandteam in executing integrated marketing campaigns managing brand assets coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies andassistingwithday-to-daymarketing operations. This role offershands-onexposure to brand management campaign planning content development and marketing execution within a leadinginsuranceservicesorganisation.

1. Brand & Campaign Support

• Support the execution of brand and marketing campaigns across digital social print andon groundtouchpoints

• Assistin rolling out campaigns according to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials

• Help track campaign timelines deliverables and milestones to ensure smooth execution

2. Content & Asset Management

• Assistin coordinating and managing marketing assets (e.g.key visuals videos copy decks) across different platforms

• Support basic content adaptation for various channels (e.g.resizing caption tweaksplatform specificrequirements)

• Helporganiseandmaintainshared folders version control and asset trackers

• Proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy clarity and brand tone

3. Agency & Vendor Coordination

• Supportday-to-day coordination with creative media and production agencies

• Assistin consolidating feedback from internal stakeholders and ensuringtimelyupdates to agencies

• Help track artwork submissions revisions and final deliveries

• Support basic administrative tasks related to agency engagement (e.g.documentation timelines cost tracking support)

4. Internal Stakeholder & Approval Support

• Assistin coordinating withcross functionalteams such as Product Compliance Legal andDistribution

• Support the preparation of materials for internal reviews and approval processes

• Help ensure marketing materials meet internal governance and compliance requirements before release

• Follow up on feedback and approval status to keep projects moving

5. Reporting Research & Administration

• Support basic campaign reportingpost campaignsummaries and presentation deck preparation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree inMarketing Communications Business Mass Communication or related fields

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in multiple languages (English Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin).

• Familiarity with social media platforms(Facebook Instagram&Xiaohongshu).

• Detail orientedwith goodorganisationalandtime managementskills

• Comfortable working with Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word

• Basic design skills and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) are a plus.

• Able to work in afast pacedenvironment and manage multiple tasks

• Positive attitude proactive and willing to learn
