The Role

This SOC1 key control ensures that SIG updates to fulfillment systems are complete accurate and aligned with direction documentation provided to SIG as part of the larger implementation process. As issues are identified they are logged in tracking software and shared with upstream partners for correction. Subsequent updates are reviewed until resolution of all outstanding issues is complete. Application of your detailed configuration and product knowledge to identify gaps in plan specific rules by reviewing fulfilment systems.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

• Experience (4-6 years) in DC Implementation or plan configuration systems

• QKA certification is a plus

• Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity

• Attention to detail

• Ability to balance competing priorities

• Quality and operations background

• Knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements for Defined Contribution

• Deep working knowledge of DC products & services (Auto-enrollment AIP Loans Vesting etc)

• Deep working knowledge of key fulfillment systems (FPRS WPDT Product Central IPW etc)

• Controls theory and design

The Team

The Plan Review Audit team plays a critical role in the WI Business focused on ensuring quality by identifying gaps in plan configuration for new Defined Contribution (DC) plans and emerging products as well as support for reconfiguration and maintenance of existing plans across all segments and plan types.
