Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance and Material Control Coordinator Energy to join our team in Oak Ridge TN.
Stops work without fear of reprisal for unsafe conditions potentially affecting personnel safety or environmental risk.
Assists with the overall recommended spares and routine spares programs including development.
Assists with receiving and storing equipment materials and consumables.
Assists in organizing and inventory of Consumables Spares and Quality Items both on-site and at the off-site warehouse.
Assists in maintaining the Maintenance and Test Equipment (M&TE) program.
Assists with preparing Maintenance EPRs.
Assists with receiving shipments of procured items at the off-site warehouse and at Building 3137 from UT-B Central Receiving.
Coordinates with Procurement to ensure receipt information is maintained.
Coordinates with Quality Assurance (QA) to schedule receipt inspections.
Interfaces with Operations and Maintenance to understand material needs and timelines; updates List-30 as required.
Assists with the storage of materials and equipment ensuring compliance with their quality level requirements.
Maintains records on items ordered received and issued for use.
Completes assigned tasks and projects to achieve established goals within time and resource restrictions providing in-process feedback on opportunities for improvement.
Supports work in compliance with DOE Order 433.1B Maintenance Management Program for DOE Nuclear Facilities.
Supports the execution of Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) guiding principles and core functions and the Isotek Safety Culture.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have 1 year of material management and inventory control experience including maintaining inventory records and material traceability using computerized maintenance or inventory systems. 3 years experience preferred.
Warehouse operations and receiving.
Procurement and supply chain coordination.
Quality-Controlled material storage and handling including knowledge of material receipt inspections quality levels and documentation requirements while maintaining records in accordance with Quality Assurance and regulatory requirements.
Maintenance and Test Equipment (M&TE) tracking and control.
Maintenance support and planning including experience supporting outage activities maintenance planning work packages or equipment readiness programs.
Prefer experience working under DOE NRC nuclear or other highly regulated Quality Assurance programs.
Experience coordinating with Operations Maintenance Engineering Procurement and Quality Assurance organizations.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication verbal and written skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with co-workers and vendors.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Must have impeccable multi-tasking ability.
Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered.

Expected compensation range is between $42000 - $71000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
