Your Mission

• Diagnose & Solve: Perform tune-ups maintenance and repairs on furnaces ACs heat pumps and ductwork.
• Be the Trusted Advisor: Engage homeowners with a friendly professional demeanor. Build rapport and trust instantly.
• Drive Growth: Identify upgrade opportunities and clearly communicate the value of new systems.
• Close the Loop: Schedule follow-ups with our Comfort Advisors and stay on-site to facilitate the sale as a two-person team.
• Deliver Five Stars: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a fully functional system.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1 years in HVAC residential service.
• Sales Mindset: You love helping customers and driving revenue growth.
• Certifications: EPA Universal Certification is a huge plus.
• Communication: You are an active listener who can explain complex issues simply.
• License: Valid Washington Drivers License with a clean driving record.
• Drive: You are self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to learn.
