Position: P-Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $39.78 - $42.40 per hour

Schedule: 30 hours per week Monday-Friday no weekend rotation

Location: Split between Lodge at Whispering Pines and Arbor Lodge Wisconsin Rapids with travel required between both locations

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at The Lodge at Whispering Pines and Arbor Lodge Wisconsin this role you will work in an assisted living setting providing physical therapy services to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

- Implement treatment plans including therapeutic exercises manual therapy and modalities

- Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as occupational therapists and physicians to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all professional and ethical standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association and state licensing board

- Travel between The Lodge at Whispering Pines and Arbor Lodge Wisconsin Rapids as needed to provide services to residents at both locations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferably in an assisted living or skilled nursing facility

- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel between locations as needed
