Responsibilities include:
- Act as the go-to HR partner for business leaders and executives
- Jump into recruiting efforts from sourcing to offer negotiation to onboarding
- Own and support HRIS systems
- Deliver insights through HR reporting & analytics
- Help guide compensation benefits and leave administration
- Lead or support training and employee development initiatives
Who Were Looking For:
- An experienced autonomous but highly collaborative HRBP (or Human Resources Generalist seeking advancement opportunity)
- Someone who enjoys being visible and embedded in the business
