Position Title: Senior Military Personnel Support Specialist (MILPERS)

Location: Space Systems Command Los Angeles Air Force Base CA (On-site)

Clearance:Active Top Secretwith SCI eligibility

U.S. Citizenship required

OMNI is seeking a Senior Military Personnel Support Specialist to provide military personnel administration and executive support to

the Space-Based Sensing and Targeting (SBST) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Office.

• Support officer and enlisted personnel actions including evaluations awards and assignments

• Track personnel records readiness status and manning reports

• Coordinate in/out-processing PCS actions and duty status reporting

• Manage schedules meetings and task tracking for leadership

• Prepare executive correspondence reports and briefing materials

• Coordinate with personnel centers and external mission partners

• Ensure compliance with DoD and Space Force personnel policies

• Bachelors degree required

• 10 years of experience in military personnel administration or DoD personnel operations

• Experience supporting Air Force Space Force or joint organizations

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

• Excellent organizational communication and task management skills

Preferred

• Experience supporting Space Force or national security space programs

• Experience supporting senior military leadership or headquarters staff
