We are seeking an experiencedEpic OpTime & Anesthesia Analystto join our IT healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing configuring supporting and optimizing the Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules. This role requires close collaboration with perioperative clinical staff anesthesiologists surgeons and technical teams to deliver efficient scalable and high-quality solutions that support surgical and anesthesia workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Configure maintain and support the Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications.
Gather and analyze business and clinical requirements from perioperative and anesthesia stakeholders.
Design build test validate and deploy Epic OpTime and Anesthesia enhancements.
Support operating room scheduling surgical workflows anesthesia documentation and perioperative processes.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
L2 & L3 Support
Participate in Epic implementations system upgrades optimizations and enhancement projects.
Perform unit testing integrated testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and maintain build documentation workflow diagrams and technical specifications.
Collaborate with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration across clinical modules.
Ensure solutions follow Epic best practices and organizational governance standards.
Requirements
3 years of hands-on experiencewithEpic OpTime and Anesthesiamodules.
Epic OpTime Certification is mandatory.(Epic Anesthesia certification is an added advantage.)
Experience in Epic build configuration implementation testing and production support.
Strong understanding of perioperative services operating room workflows and anesthesia documentation.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Mandatory Requirements

Minimum3 years of relevant Epic OpTime & Anesthesia experience
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills
Epic Anesthesia Certification (preferred).
Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.

Understanding of Epic implementation methodology and healthcare interoperability.
