Were looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an exciting Home Appliances project in Lisbon.
In this role youll be the go-to person for customers helping them get the best experience from their products. If you enjoy solving problems communicating with people and working in an international environment this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Provide friendly and efficient support to Italian-speaking customers
Assist with product-related questions troubleshooting and guidance
Handle customer interactions عبر phone email and chat
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint
Work collaboratively with your team to maintain high service quality
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
Good level of English (B2 minimum)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Team player with a proactive attitude
