Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor youll be the main point of contact for customers assisting them via phone email and live chat. Your focus will be on providing accurate information resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly support through phone email and live chat
• Assist with customer inquiries account-related requests and basic troubleshooting

• Escalate more complex or sensitive cases according to procedures

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
