Your Responsibilities
- Patient & User Support: Provide empathetic assistance in Spanish (and occasionally English) via phone and email.
- Product Guidance: Handle inquiries regarding product usage orders and device troubleshooting for healthcare-related technology.
- Order Coordination: Manage shipments and documentation to ensure users receive their life-enhancing products without delay.
- Accuracy & Care: Maintain high quality and attention to detail as your support directly impacts the well-being of the users.
- System Management: Accurately update internal databases and manage customer documentation.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (C1/C2) and fluent English (mandatory for training and internal communication).
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy strong communication skills and a solution-driven mindset.
- Attributes: Proactive organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus but a caring attitude is most important.
