Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair work. - Strong knowledge of plumbing electrical and general maintenance. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds. - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
