Job Position: HR Assistant Executive
Salary Up To RM4500
Location: Desa Cemerlang Johor Bahru.
Job Descriptions:
- Assisting with the full cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing screening and coordinating interviews for candidates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and database management
- Providing support in the implementation and administration of HR policies procedures and programs
- Collaborating with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and development initiatives
- Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
- Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Participating in the planning and coordination of HR-related events and activities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR associate role preferably in a consulting or large organization environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
- Proficient in HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proactive adaptable and committed to providing exceptional customer service
