Job Summary

**Responsibilities:**

  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that support business objectives
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data analysis visualisation and storytelling
  • Drive HR digitalisation initiatives including process improvement and automation by ensuring UI/UX principles are implemented throughout the design stage of HR digitalisation projects
  • Develop and enhance HR dashboards and reporting using **Power BI**
  • Develop and produce materials including videos and digital content to support HR initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Master/Bachelor DegreeĀ in Information Technology Computer Science AI Data Analytics or related field

  • Basic knowledge or exposure to:

    • Power BI / Data visualisation tools

    • Data analysis or dashboard creation

    • Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)

  • Interest in HR systems automation and digital transformation

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in UI/UX design principles to enhance data presentations.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with strong communication skills andĀ the ability to convey complex information through data storytelling to non-technical stakeholders
