Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Drive the execution and delivery of technical programs across multiple teams ensuring
alignment with business goals and timelines.
Collaborate with cross functional teams of engineers QA and product managers and
stakeholders to define project scope establish priorities and drive accountability to
ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee end-to-end program delivery including planning execution tracking progress
resolving challenges and ensuring timely completion.
Facilitate communication and transparency across teams providing regular project
updates and addressing any roadblocks or risks proactively.
Act as a liaison between technical and non technical stakeholders ensuring alignment
on project objectives and technical requirements
Learn the configuration to ensure technical systems are set up as per business
requirements
Manage the reports and keep the organisation up to date with respect to the activities
being undertaken by Program Team
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in technical program management project management or
similar roles with a focus on delivering complex and large scale projects.
Technical background with an understanding of software development system
architecture.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks effectively and meet
tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence and work
collaboratively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
Strong problem solving skills with experience in identifying and mitigating risks in a fast
paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA
High Ownership to ensure a project is completed on promised time
