Program Analyst India Transportation Last Mile

We are seeking a Program Analyst for our Delivery Service Partner team.
Key job responsibilities
The role will be responsible for tracking and reporting key metrics/ sentiments that help us enhance the experience of our Delivery Associates and Delivery Service Providers. The role owner will be expected to analyze data to derive insights or trends create dashboards and report outs for leadership work across stakeholder teams to drive closure of action items and raise the bar on Amazons data visualization and representation practices.
- Bachelors degree
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience developing tools reports process maps scorecards and data visualizations that improve upon those currently employed for understanding the business and making decisions
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
