About the Position:

Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wesley Chapel a trusted and high-performing dealership is looking for anAutomotive Service Manager to lead our dynamic service department. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has extensive knowledge of service operations customer satisfaction and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the service department ensuring efficiency profitability and excellent customer service
• Lead coach and support service advisors technicians and support staff
• Maintain compliance with all warranty and service procedures
• Maximize departmental performance by tracking KPIs labor hours and CSI scores
• Ensure smooth coordination with Parts and Sales departments
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies and service promotions
• Maintain a clean safe and productive work environment

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume dealership
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Deep understanding of warranty guidelines systems and service procedures
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
• Familiarity with DMS software
• ASE and/or certifications preferred
