POSITION:

INVENTORY COORDINATOR The Inventory Coordinator supports the retail operations by managing inventory flow receiving and organizing deliveries and ensuring accurate stock levels across all retail offerings. This role plays a key part in maintaining product availability organization and overall store presentation while supporting a seamless guest shopping experience.

This position requires some weekends nights and holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive inspect and process incoming deliveries in a timely and accurate manner

Verify shipments against purchase orders and report any discrepancies damages or shortages

Organized and stock retail inventory in designated storage areas and sales floor displays

Maintain accurate inventory records through manual counts and/or inventory management systems

Assist with regular inventory audits and cycle counts

Capture photos and short-form video content of retail products and displays to support social media and marketing efforts

Ensure backstock areas are clean organized and compliant with safety standards

Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Retail Curator

Assist in labeling tagging and pricing merchandise as needed

Support merchandising efforts including restocking and maintaining visual standards

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when directed by leadership

Help maintain an orderly and efficient flow of products between storage and retail floor

Follow all company policies related to inventory control loss prevention and workplace safety

Support additional duties as assigned based on operational needs

Due to changing operational demands and the need to exceed customer expectations it may be necessary to undertake various functions that are not specifically related to this position. This individual may be required to carry out additional tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Additionally employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and modification.

This position requires weekends nights and holidays.

Previous experience in inventory retail operations warehouse or stockroom preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced physically active environment

Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience in hospitality resort or service-based environments

Must be able to speak read write and understand English.

CPR and first aid certification a plus and /or the willingness to be trained.

COMPENSATION:

$18.00 - $20.00 / hr
