What Youll Do

  • Make outbound calls and connect with professionals in the construction industry

  • Identify and engage potential candidates and clients through LinkedIn referrals and research tools

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent and prospects

  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior recruiters and business development leaders

  • Learn consultative communication and relationship-building skills

  • Track activity and performance metrics in our ATS/CRM system
