Roles and Responsibilities

• Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control; includes quality assurance of products services manufacturing processes; includes conformance in manufacturing incoming goods control product inspection witness points etc.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline; uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
• Provide area leadership for all quality topics including timely dispositions of non-conformances QMS compliance including internal audits and achieving cell goals for quality metrics
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications against physical parts to investigate non-conformances and effectively document and communicate findings
• Analyze internal and external quality data to identify high impact and recurring defect modes to drive meaningful corrective actions
• Determine root cause of non-conformances and implement corrective actions both internally and externally
• Coordinate with the global Supplier Quality Organization to improve the quality of raw materials qualify new vendors and assist in process changes or new product development
• Maintain familiarity with manufacturing processes and practices in order to continuously improve manufacturing quality
• Support cell goals for Continuous Improvement through Six Sigma and Lean methodology and by coaching technicians in ideas generation
• Prepare and present cell quality data weekly to plant leadership including progress towards quality targets current challenges and corrective actions
• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods to support the Safety Quality Delivery and Cost priorities
• Lead high-impact quality improvement projects that improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
• Participates regularly in Lean Kaizen events to support the Lean Roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related Engineering discipline from an accredited university or college by end of Summer 2026.
• Internship in a Manufacturing industry with assembly lines.

Additional Information

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $68500.00 and $102800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
