The Role
ASM Chilltech is seeking skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing service team delivering high-quality mechanical maintenance repairs and servicing across client this role you will provide planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across a range of systems including heating cooling refrigeration chilled water systems and building management systems. You will work as part of a collaborative building services team to ensure systems operate safely efficiently and in line with ASM Chilltech quality and compliance standards.

What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across client facilities
- Assemble install test and maintain heating cooling and refrigeration systems
- Conduct fault finding repairs and upgrades across HVAC equipment
- Inspect and maintain chilled water systems and refrigeration equipment
- Ensure ventilation equipment and controls operate efficiently and continuously
- Inspect and maintain building management systems where required
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and system malfunctions
- Complete service reports and work orders within required timeframes
- Ensure all works comply with safety environmental and company standards
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Your Education Experience and Skills
- Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond quickly to changing service requirements
- Current Drivers Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Working knowledge of building management systems desirable
