Job Summary
Job Purpose
Define project plans goals and milestones for the platforms; Identify use cases for implementation of design solutions and conversation platform to solve business problem; Manage the cloud service providers and Cloud Infra to optimize cost and performance; Project performance monitoring and stakeholder communication management; Cloud operations development and third-party services Vendor Management.
Job Context & Major Challenges
Cement Business has enhanced its capacity to 150mtpa in recent years. As a business enabler Information Technology plays an important role in facilitating business plans. Utec is evolving from a home building services platform to home building service commerce platform while expanding its bouquet of services. This is akin to making a marketplace for home building services. Further to build efficiencies in service delivery and lower costs alternative solutions based on Analytics/AI/ML need to be innovated and incorporated.
Utec now also needs to evolve into an integrated journey for the home builders to provide home building materials on the platform Which will require creation and integration of a B2B2C marketplace for selling all home building products based on the End customer needs.
Major Challenges:
Monitor cloud usage KPIs constantly across all Utec platforms and drive continual improvement in cost and performance from Infra perspective.
Keep in touch with constantly evolving technologies and advancements in cloud services like AWS and Conversational AI
Identify new technologies and their applications in design solutions space to implement newly identified use cases.
