Job Summary

Location: Ann Arbor Michigan. Must commit to working onsite at our Ann Arbor office.

Internship Overview:

Join the IT Provisioning team and jumpstart your career by supporting the full lifecycle of IT equipment including laptops desktops and mobile devices. This is a hands-on role where you will be provisioning and imaging devices managing asset tracking and ensuring our team members are set up for success.

Internship Responsibilities:

  • Receive unbox and inspect new IT equipment (laptops desktops mobile devices)

  • Configure and image devices according to established guidelines

  • Install and configure necessary software applications

  • Prepare and ship equipment to new hires or other departments

  • Update asset tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date information

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Document all procedures and activities accurately

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

Key Skills for Success:

We are looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of computer hardware/software proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Internship Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related IT support role (or equivalent technical experience) or the completion of 2 years of IT-related college coursework

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software operating systems (Windows macOS) experience preferred

  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 lbs
