The Role

As part of a supportive and values-driven People and Culture Team team the Compliance Associate will work across Risk Compliance and OH&S - delivering data management and analysis well-coordinated systems and processes and overseeing compliance training programs including mandatory and role-specific training for College staff.

You will enjoy working independently as well as collaboratively with a dynamic group of stakeholders that includes teachers leaders and support staff across our Senior School Junior School and Early Learning Centre.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in Data Management Risk and Compliance Human Resources or a related field along with experience in a similar role within a regulated environment.

You enjoy working across data systems and training coordination ensuring accurate consistent and high-quality reporting and insights for key stakeholders.

Your service-focused approach calm disposition and ability to manage competing priorities will be key strengths in this role.
