As a Contract Document Control Associate you will support the HR team by reviewing employee documentation for accuracy and completeness. You will help ensure required records are compliant with company standards and applicable regulations.
Essential Functions
Review employee compliance documentation for accuracy completeness and consistency with company standards.
Verify that required documents are present legible and properly completed according to established procedures.
Identify and document errors omissions and discrepancies in submitted documentation.
Report issues to the appropriate contact and provide clear details on required corrections.
Track and follow up on outstanding corrections to confirm issues have been resolved.
Maintain organized records of documents reviewed and issues identified in accordance with retention guidelines.
Escalate recurring significant or time-sensitive issues to the Manager or designee.

Minimum Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Preferred
Experience reviewing documents or data for accuracy and compliance (HR onboarding administrative quality or similar experience).
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in forms and supporting documentation.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy.
Ability to follow detailed procedures
Experience supporting HR onboarding or compliance processes.
Experience working in a high-volume deadline-driven environment.
