Job Title: Summer Credit Retrieval Office Manager
Reports to: Administrator on site
Salary: Position hourly rate will be paid at the current hourly rate of successful candidate(s) rate of pay

Any current Less Than 260-Day PSE employee interested in this position may apply and will have the ability to adjust their current calendar by working additional days not currently scheduled with the approval of their supervisor.
All positions are dependent upon student enrollment.
Employment Status: Non-continuing position from June 22 2026 - July 16 2026
Breakdown of Paid Hours:
- 112 hours of onsite or offsite work time during summer school sessions:
- Classes will run Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to4:00 PM.
- Session 1: June 22 2026 - July 2 2026
- Session 2: July 6 2026 - July 16 2026
- 1.5 hours for staff meeting
- 48 hours negotiated work with administration before and after summer school
- Some preparation work will be completed prior to June 22ndand after July 16th (staff meeting enrollment time card collection data collection grade reports etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Less Than 260-Day PSE employee
- Previous summer school experience preferred
- 2 years previous secretarial experience in K-12 education system required
- Experience using computers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Gmail Gmail and WESPaC software required
- Must be detail-minded organized and have a commitment to customer service
- Experience and/or training with cultural ethnic and language diversity preferred
- Must have completed all district required training
