Manage labor scheduling to maximize productivity while controlling costs.
Monitor daily sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Review and manage restaurant P&L performance.
Control food waste and inventory variance.

Inventory & Food Safety
Manage inventory levels and place food and supply orders.
Conduct regular inventory counts.
Ensure proper product rotation labeling and storage.
Maintain health department compliance and food safety standards.
Ensure restaurant is always inspection-ready.
Guest Experience
Create a welcoming environment for every guest.
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Monitor online reviews and guest feedback.

Administrative Responsibilities
