Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to internal staff with hardware software and network issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems networks printers and other IT equipment
- Troubleshooting technical problems and performing hardware and software repairs
- Assisting with IT security protocols to ensure data protection and network security
- Responding to IT support tickets and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting IT processes and creating user guides for common technical issues
- Collaborating with IT team members and other departments to improve IT infrastructure
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear technical guidance
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Security are a plus
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Experience in providing IT support in a legal or corporate environment
