Job Description: Help Desk Technician at Astro Digital
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers with hardware and software issues
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate as needed
- Assist in setting up new equipment and software for users
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Knowledge of computer hardware software and operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
