About the Role

St Catherines School is currently seeking expressions of interest to join our team as a Casual Exam Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the administration of exams ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing exam rooms supervising students enforcing exam rules and maintaining a fair secure and distraction free environment. The role requires strong attention to detail professionalism and the ability to manage high pressured environments with integrity.

To be successful in this opportunity you will require:

• Current Working with Children Check or VIT registration.
• Previous experience in exam supervision or a similar role (desirable).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong level of professionalism.
• Willingness to uphold the ethos and values of the School at all times.
• Must not have a close relationship with a student currently undertaking VCE.
