And we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager (AU) you are the strategic architect of Crimson Global Academys growth and engagement in Australia. You hold full ownership of the regional marketing budget and brand positioning with a focus on driving local awareness lead generation and enrolments. This is a fast-paced role with immense breadth operating within a high-performing ANZ-centric team with access to global resources.

Ideally youll be located in Sydney but we will consider other locations in Australia only please.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute the growth strategy for CGA in Australia to meet revenue and lead generation targets.

  • Full ownership of the Australia marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation across channels.

  • Monitor the end-to-end student journey from lead to enrolment. Own the Australian lead nurture strategy identifying friction points and optimising automated workflows to move leads effectively through the funnel.

  • Partner closely with the Admissions team to ensure lead movement through the funnel and high conversion rates.

  • Act as a key contributor to the global marketing community; generate exciting new ideas and best-in-class local campaigns that inspire other markets and drive global excellence.

2. Digital & Content Strategy

  • Lead paid social search and display campaigns in Australia in partnership with the Senior Regional Digital Marketing Manager; proactively identify and scale new growth channels.

  • Manage and optimise the Australian website experience landing pages and digital resources. Continuously refine all digital touchpoints to ensure a high-value customer journey that maximises conversion.

  • Lead the production of localised thought leadership and resources including blogs video eBooks research pieces and student case studies tailored to the Australian market.

3. Brand PR & Community

  • Full ownership of the CGA brand in Australia; conduct regular competitor benchmarking and market analysis to define and maintain a dominant market position.

  • Drive the Australian PR strategy in collaboration with an external agency; identify and leverage compelling student and school stories to secure high-impact media coverage and increase brand authority.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our network of Australian student and parent ambassadors empowering our community to share their stories and drive organic referrals.

  • Partner with the Marketing and Community Executive to support the organisation of local student events such as student meet-ups and academic-led excursions.

4. Events & Partnerships

  • Identify high-potential partnerships and strategic alignments across Australia. Work alongside the Admissions team to secure these partnerships and nurture long-term relationships that drive a sustainable new enrolment channel.

  • Partner with the Admissions team Academic Leadership and external industry experts to design and execute high-impact webinars and in-person events. You will translate thought-leadership topics into must-attend experiences that provide genuine value to families while driving new student enrolments.

Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of professional marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth.

  • Exceptional ability to collaborate across diverse teams (Admissions Academics Global HQ) to achieve shared objectives.

  • Proven experience managing complex multi-channel marketing projects from conception to completion.

  • Ability to analyse data sets to inform strategy and optimise spend.

  • Proven experience managing and allocating marketing budgets to hit specific KPIs.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing & CRM) or prior experience within the Education/EdTech sector is highly regarded.
