We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Purchasing Supervisor to join an international manufacturing company. This role is responsible for executing purchasing strategies managing supplier relationships and ensuring the best balance between cost quality and delivery across operations.

What youll do
Execute purchasing strategies for direct and indirect materials
Coordinate with quality engineering planning and production to ensure optimal purchasing decisions
Evaluate quotations manage RFQs and lead supplier negotiations (pricing lead time incoterms)
Monitor and follow up on purchase orders delays and discrepancies
Analyze purchasing trends and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities
Manage supplier onboarding development and performance evaluation
Ensure optimal inventory levels in coordination with planning
Support sourcing strategies and participate in cost reduction initiatives
Generate reports and KPIs for purchasing performance
Supervise and support purchasing team activities

What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business or related field
Experience in purchasing or supply chain within manufacturing environments
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Intermediate English level
Availability to travel
