Job Summary

Operations & Automation Analyst

This role sits inside the Client & Partner Support team our practice of embedding skilled builders in every department who can design and implement AI-enabled automations surface insights from operational data and put better tools directly in the hands of the people doing the work. Youll be embedded in the team working directly alongside support staff so what you build actually gets used.

If youve been building things with large language models on your own time (custom tools automations experiments) this is a role where that becomes your job.

What Youre Here to Do

Automate the repetitive manual work in the support operation (ticket handling compliance checks onboarding tasks templated responses) so the team can focus on clients.

Build and maintain dashboards that give supervisors and leadership real-time visibility into ticket volume close time recovery trends SLA adherence and revenue signals.

Fix the data flow between HubSpot Help Desk Aircall and CSR so reporting is reliable and leadership isnt reconciling numbers manually.

Work alongside support team members so they can use new tools in their own work and build capability over time.

Surface patterns in the data (churn signals volume spikes process breakdowns) and flag them before they become problems.

Responsibilities

Build automations for ticket classification churn signal detection onboarding workflows and compliance validation across Support Recovery Displaced White Label and Live Receptionist.

Design and own performance dashboards for supervisors monthly business reviews and Finance.

Map existing workflows find where things break or duplicate and rebuild them inside HubSpot Help Desk Aircall and CSR.

Write scripts and lightweight integrations that connect platforms and eliminate manual data transfer.

Sit with the support team regularly to understand where friction is and fix it.

Document what you build so it doesnt live only in your head.

Measure impact: time saved errors reduced tickets deflected SLA improvement.

Skills & Experience

03 years of experience; background in data science engineering programming or a technical field (mechatronics computer science systems engineering etc.).

Can write code or scripts (Python SQL JavaScript or similar). You dont need to be a senior engineer but you need to be able to build things.

Hands-on experience with large language models. Youve built something with one whether for a project a job or on your own time and you know what theyre good at and where they fall short.

Comfortable working with CRM or help desk platforms. HubSpot experience is a plus.

Strong data and spreadsheet skills. You can build a dashboard that people actually use.

Able to translate a messy operational problem into a clean technical solution.

Works well directly with non-technical colleagues. You explain what you built train them on it and make sure it sticks.

Fluent in Spanish and English.
