Senior Project Manager

Location: Johannesburg Bryanston
Work model: Hybrid 3 days in-office 2 days at home
Salary: R50 000 R60 000 per month (slightly flexible depending on experience)

What the job involves

• Owning end-to-end project delivery across multiple accounts
• Building and managing project plans with clear timelines dependencies and deliverables
• Driving proactive workflow management and keeping projects firmly on track
• Identifying risks early and escalating where needed
• Managing resourcing in collaboration with Traffic and Operations
• Ensuring alignment across Client Service Creative and Production teams
• Maintaining accuracy across systems timelines and reporting
• Leading status meetings and ensuring clear follow-through on actions
• Continuously improving processes to strengthen delivery and efficiency
• Working with tools like Wrike (or similar) and driving team adoption of systems that improve visibility and control

What you need to be considered

• 5 years experience in project management within an agency or similar fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A confident communicator who can drive accountability across teams
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership you follow through
• Comfortable working with data timelines and resource planning
• Solutions-oriented and not easily overwhelmed
• Curious about technology and open to adopting new systems quickly

Bonus points if you

• Have hands-on experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms
• Have worked in an integrated agency environment
• Have led process improvement initiatives that made a measurable difference
