Your Mission

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. As the primary liaison between our company and our esteemed customers you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships addressing customer needs and driving revenue growth.

You will be responsible to understand the challenges faced by our Rentway customers and use our product portfolio to understand how we can address their challenges or convey custom developments needs to the product team.

What will you be doing

Assist and solve issues reported by RW customers considering:

Technical issues: database or web services (API) - SQL SERVER basic knowledge required.

Processes: Doubts or confirming processes to validate actions and/or adjust the system;

Technical Support Through remote apps (Anydesk) customer verbal orientation;

Communication: through Jira (tickets management) email (formal communication with

customers) phone (for specific situations).

Hard Skills

IIS Server (Internet Information Services);

SQL Server (Store manage and retrieve data efficiently in structured formats);

Task Scheduler (Automation Triggers Flexibility Customization and Event Logging).

Jira;

English or French.
