Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to players in-game inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Handle complaints suggestions and consultations with professionalism
- Engage with players to collect feedback and improve satisfaction
- Monitor and report game anomalies or issues
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve problems promptly
- Contribute to process and content optimization
Requirements:
- Native written proficiency in Turkish
- Good spoken written and listening skills in English
- Strong communication skills with diverse audiences
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with the gaming industry
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
