Position Overview
Tekberry is seeking a Logistics and Program Support Manager to support our client within the School of Engineering. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics and execution of in-person education programs ensuring a seamless experience for participants faculty and stakeholders.
This is a highly visible hands-on role requiring strong event management project coordination and operational leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program logistics including planning coordination and execution of in-person events and programs
Manage complex calendars schedules and program timelines across multiple stakeholders
Coordinate with vendors facilities catering and event services teams
Oversee budget planning and management for events and programs
Staff events onsite to ensure a high-quality participant experience
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Procure and manage vendor services including contract negotiation and risk mitigation
Research and recommend venues and event solutions
Monitor event execution and resolve issues related to logistics customer experience or operations
Provide administrative and operational support including expense tracking and workflow management
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree 3 5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
Strong experience in event planning logistics and program coordination
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and complex timelines
Experience with budget planning and financial tracking
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing events or programs within Stanford or higher education environments
Experience working with cross-functional teams and large-scale events
Requirements
Valid California Drivers License required
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings or occasional weekends
Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Hybrid role with frequent onsite presence required
Frequent walking standing and event support activities
Occasional lifting of materials (up to 40 lbs)
May require travel between campus locations and driving
