As a Digital Media Specialist you will play a key role in driving the success of integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This position combines strategy execution and performance optimization giving you end-to-end ownership of campaigns.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including media planners creatives and account managers to develop and execute high-performing campaigns. This is a full-time in-person role based in Virginia Beach.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan launch and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads Bing YouTube programmatic display remarketing and more
Develop paid search campaigns including keyword research ad copy bidding strategies and ongoing optimization
Manage display and video campaigns including audience targeting placements and creative testing
Oversee campaign budgets with strong attention to detail
Monitor performance and continuously optimize for efficiency engagement and conversions
Implement and manage conversion tracking pixels and tagging
Translate data across platforms into actionable insights and clear client reporting
Build and maintain reporting dashboards using data from Google Ads Bing GA4 and other platforms
Assist with inventory feed setup and management in Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager
Collaborate with internal teams on strategy planning and creative execution
Contribute to media recommendations campaign strategy and client presentations
Stay current with digital media trends tools and best practices
Requirements:
2 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search Display and YouTube)
Experience with programmatic or display advertising platforms
Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign tracking
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to write clear and compelling ad copy
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Technical Proficiency
Tag Manager (conversion setup and troubleshooting)
Looker Studio (dashboard creation and automated reporting)
