Job Summary
InfraHire is looking for an Project Manager in Piscataway NJ.
Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing client accounts coordinating projects from concept through completion and ensuring clear communication between clients design fabrication and field installation teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the trade show exhibit event or experiential marketing industry and be comfortable managing multiple projects timelines budgets and client expectations at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts and project activity from start to finish
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal design fabrication production and installation teams
- Prepare proposals estimates work orders and project documentation
- Monitor project timelines budgets design goals and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed accurately on time and within budget
- Communicate project updates changes and priorities clearly to all stakeholders
- Support budget reconciliation and invoice preparation
- Identify project risks or issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer service and client satisfaction
- Travel as needed for client meetings events or installations
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in the trade show exhibit event or experiential marketing industry
- 2 years in a customer-facing project coordination or project management role
- Strong knowledge of exhibit materials fabrication and event production processes
- Excellent communication organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional responsive and customer-focused approach
