Job Summary
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Pittsburgh PA. The Payroll Specialist will manage and process payroll ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees and handle payroll taxes and garnishments. The position involves maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations managing payroll services and coordinating with other departments to resolve payroll-related matters. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll systems and processes within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and related compliance standards
- Experience managing Payroll Services and resolving payroll-related issues
- Understanding of Garnishments and their application within payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
- Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and other related tools
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Business or a related field preferred
