Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Medical Lab Technician / Medical Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a healthcare facility in Rockford Illinois.
Assignment Details
Location: Rockford IL
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every 3rd weekend & rotating holidays
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
On-call: None
Local Not Accepted.
This role is ideal for a strong independent professional comfortable working alone in a generalist position including phlebotomy duties.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general laboratory testing across multiple disciplines
Handle phlebotomy duties as required
Work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of lab results
Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and protocols
Requirements
ASCP certification (MT/MLT) required
Previous experience in a generalist lab setting
Comfortable working independently in a night shift environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
