Experience:
7-10 years total experience
- 3-5 years in SaaS / E-commerce / Retail-Tech sales (B2B)
- Experience in building/scaling sales teams from scratch
Salary Range: 40k to 50k incentives
Roles:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
- Design and execute go-to-market strategy
- Define ICP pricing and sales approach
- Own revenue targets forecasting & pipeline
2. Sales Process & Execution
- Build end-to-end sales funnel (lead closure)
- Set up CRM reporting and sales processes
- Develop pitch decks sales playbooks and tools
3. Team Building & Leadership
- Hire train and manage sales team
- Conduct field visits coaching and performance tracking
- Set targets and incentive structures
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with marketing for lead generation
- Coordinate with product & tech for feedback
- Ensure smooth onboarding with support teams
5. Enterprise & Key Account Sales
- Close high-value deals personally
- Build strategic partnerships & key accounts
- Develop case studies and reference clients
Qualification:
- Graduate (any field)
- MBA in Sales/Marketing - Preferred
