As ICS Business Security Analyst you will be working closely with WTWs Client teams to assist in responding to Client queries related to our Information Security and Data Privacy programs and this position the Business Security Services Assessor will be responsible for leading and coordinating the completion of requests assigned - that may come in the form of questionnaires (ongoing or as part of a RFI/RFP) participating in Client audits and/or during negotiating contracts with our Clients. The ICS Business Security Analyst will identify trends based on the type of questions being asked by our clients versus gaps (if any) compared to current controls and provide key information to leadership as input for prioritizing the future strategy for the organization. This is a great opportunity to work in a global role supporting the breadth of the organization. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer-oriented skills who is organized and has the desire to work in a challenging environment. Information security background certifications and experience are beneficial.
The Role
Build and maintain effective relationship with technology teams and ICS stakeholders
Foster a culture of information and cyber security best practices though awareness and support
Manage the group mailbox effectively to provide timely and accurate resolution to WTW clients/Business teams
Stay up to date with the report requirements from client and manage and maintain the report tool
Engage in information security activities to support client/business engagements i.e. reports and vulnerabilities
Engage with internal team to support client/business engagements to manage their requirements related to Questionnaire Contracts and Audit request
Demonstrate a good understanding of security regulations and data privacy laws

Basic understanding of all aspects of information security principles policy and its application in business and technology areas
