We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst / Accountant to oversee the full accounting cycle while providing financial analysis forecasting and strategic insights to support business growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is equally comfortable managing day-to-day accounting operations and contributing to high-level financial planning and decision-making.

The successful candidate will have strong experience working with US-based companies and modern fintech platforms including QuickBooks Ramp Stripe and Mercury.

• Manage full-cycle accounting functions including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger maintenance and journal entries.

• Perform daily weekly and monthly transaction processing and reconciliation.

• Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Reconcile bank accounts credit cards payment processors and fintech platforms.

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Analyze financial performance and identify trends risks and opportunities.

• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools.

• Assist leadership with budgeting variance analysis and financial planning.

• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.

• Track revenue expenses and profitability across business units.

• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and scenario modeling.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and financial controls.

• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial reporting.

• Manage and reconcile transactions through Ramp Stripe and Mercury.

• Maintain financial data integrity across multiple systems.

• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

• CPA designation preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle accounting independently.

• Strong financial analysis forecasting budgeting and reporting experience.

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.

• Experience working with Ramp Stripe and Mercury.

• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience supporting US-based companies startups or technology businesses.

• Familiarity with SaaS eCommerce or high-growth business environments.

• Experience implementing accounting process improvements and financial controls.

• Exposure to FP&A strategic finance and executive-level reporting.

• Accurate and timely month-end close.

• Clean and reliable financial reporting.

• Effective cash flow management and forecasting.

• Strong financial insights that support business growth.
