Sample Storage Supervisor Cryostorage
London - Full-time fully onsite
Talentmark is partnering with a leading biotechnology research organisation to hire a Sample Storage Supervisor to oversee a busy cryostorage facility supporting early-phase studies. This is a permanent fully on-site role.
The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on role with real ownership managing sample storage inventory compliance (GxP/HTA) and coordinating shipments in a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone used to working in a smaller environments.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership managing sample storage inventory compliance (GxP/HTA) and coordinating shipments in a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone used to working in a smaller environments.
Key focus areas:
- Lead the operational management of a laboratory storage and cryostorage facility.
- Oversee sample and material storage ensuring capacity aligns with business and client needs.
- Maintain full ownership of inventory systems ensuring complete accuracy and traceability.
- Regulatory compliance (GxP HTA).
- Act as Person Designate supporting HTA licence responsibilities.
- Shipment coordination (incl. Dangerous Goods).
- Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Proven experience managing sample storage within a laboratory or clinical research environment.
- Strong expertise in inventory and sample management systems.
- Solid understanding of GxP and HTA regulatory frameworks.
- Experience overseeing or managing lab facilities (desirable).
- Prior experience as a Person Designate or involvement with HTA licensing (advantageous).
