Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage site logistics activities to support construction schedules and project milestones.
  • Coordinate the delivery and movement of construction materials equipment and machinery to and within the project site.
  • Work with suppliers transporters and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
  • Schedule and control delivery timings to avoid site congestion and ensure smooth site operations
  • Coordinate the receiving inspection and storage of construction materials and equipment
  • Maintain proper records of material deliveries inventory levels and movement of equipment
  • Ensure materials are stored safely and appropriately to prevent damage or loss
  • Coordinate deliveries of large and critical equipment such as generators chillers transformers UPS systems and electrical switchgear
  • Work with lifting supervisors and crane operators to plan lifting operations and equipment installation schedules
  • Coordinate traffic flow and delivery schedules within the site to maintain safety and efficiency
  • Ensure logistics activities comply with Singapore construction regulations and workplace safety standards
  • Work closely with the site safety team to ensure safe movement and storage of materials and equipment
  • Ensure proper planning for oversized deliveries and heavy equipment handling

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in logistics coordination preferably in Construction industry
  • Experience supporting large-scale construction projects
  • Familiarity with construction materials handling site logistics planning and equipment coordination.
