Senior Strategic Sourcer - Your future position

Responsible for coordinating and delivering the regional needs of Market Mapping and Talent Pipelining activities and supporting the implementation and of digital tools for TA. Source develop and nurture a pipeline of industry experts and future leaders for pre-identified key positions to support growth in all markets.

Provide market insights for key talent segments and enable Givaudan to hire the best talent on the market at an optimal time with the least business interruption as a part of Global Talent Acquisition at Givaudan while ensuring that the process is efficient and consistent

Reporting to: Regional Recruitment Solutions Lead APAC

Location: Petaling Jaya Malaysia

Sounds interesting In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

• Coordinate the needs with the Recruitment Regional Lead HR and business stakeholders on a regional scale.
• Responsible for collecting and creating regional and local market intel.
• Analyse market data.
• Create and support REQ-specific data visualization.
• Responsible for competition monitoring.
• Supports digital TA innovation and implementation.
• Collaborate with other team members in TA assisting Global TA ensure seamless process execution for TA in Market Mapping and Talent Pipelining.

• Act as the contact person for relevant internal and/or external stakeholders for operational topics
• Escalate questions to the appropriate HR contact when necessary on specific areas of queries to provide seamless resolution
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone via email or any other relevant tools

Documentation

• Maintain and update relevant data and materials relevant to talent acquisition such as updated market intelligence
• Ensure all the data is stored in the internal HR systems in a safe and compliant manner

Your professional profile includes:

• 6 or more years of experience in recruitment and some experience in data management/data visualization would be added advantage
• Bachelors Degree in any related field
• Languages: Fluent in English; familiarity with HR terminology relevant to recruitment
• Functional certifications: Understanding of legal regulations corporate policies and work instruction
• Software Skills: SAP knowledge Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
• Experience creating and managing search strategies mapping markets and gleaning industry insights.
• Knowledge of social media and social networking sites like Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google job boards and professional organizations
