Customer Service Administration Manager - Projects
At theNSW Department of Education we educate and inspire lifelong learners from early childhood through schooling to vocational education and training.
- Temporary Full-Time 2 years from 20/7/2026 to 19/7/2028
- Location: Warilla
- Intra-state travelling may be required each term
- Clerk Grade 7/8 with salary ranging from $113574to $125720 base plus superannuation and leave loading.
About the role
The Customer Service Administration Project Manager performs project management and supports the Senior Manager and Lead Administration and Operations Manager with the administrative financial and reporting systems of the Customer Service Administration team to ensure high quality responsive and timely service delivery.
- Managingmotor vehicle fleetreporting services in line with policy
- Administrative support to theCustomer Services andPublicSchoolsteams.
- Leadership mentoring producing and delivery of professional learning
- Project management including reporting and data analysis in finance fleet and HR
- Liaise with Customer Services and Public Schools staff toidentifyand address the needs of individual offices including state-wide site visits.
- Manage and process local recruitment in coordination with the HR Customer Services Manager team.

- Strong customer service skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work independently following through project work to completion
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the DepartmentsAboriginal Education Policyand upholding theDepartments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECGand to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Tertiary qualifications in project business or a related field and/or demonstrated equivalent knowledge skills and experience.
- Hold a valid clearance to work with children (Working with Children Check for paid employment).
- Hold a valid provisional or full Australian Drivers licence
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to thevalue of public education.
